Saturday a.m.
Spent yesterday hanging around home. Bill and John washed Willie and I finally got all our laundry done and sent out via e-mail Christmas cards. This year here on the beach we don’t have any phone service so e-mail will have to do.
There are four RVs here in the park. Tonight the park owners are having a big pig?cow?goat? roast – not sure which and will have a big dinner as is the custom. And fireworks at midnight.
This morning we are going into San Blas to see if we can find the farmer’s market - but I’m wondering if it will even be held today considering it is Christmas Eve. Hope so – they are fun to go to. And I want to buy something - nothing in particular - just something. Need to do some Christmas shopping feeling.
Families are already showing up to spend the day on the beach. So we’ll probably have lots of music to listen to.
